Baby Shower Gift Basket Ideas

If you're stumped on a baby shower gift, here is a life of items that I got for my best friend for her baby shower.  I put them all in a cute $5 basket from Walmart's craft section.  

Here's what's in the baby shower gift basket:

1.  Diapers for Newborns (with umbilical cord cut-out) - Huggies Little Snugglers Diapers for Newborn

• The Huggies Little Snugglers Diapers for Newborn are awesome newborn diapers because these diapers have an umbilical cord cut-out to prevent your baby's umbilical cord stump from getting wet with pee (which helps the cord dry-up and fall-off more quickly).

2.  Soothe n Glow Seahorse - Fisher-Price Soothe and Glow Seahorse 

• I also refer to the  Fisher-Price Soothe and Glow Seahorse as "The Magic Seahorse"

3.  Oball - Oball

• Young babies love this thing because it's the first thing that they can hold onto with his tiny little fingers!

4.  The Going To Bed Book, by Sandra Boynton - "The Going-To-Bed Book."

5.  Disposable Diaper Bags, by Munchkin - Disposable Diaper Bag Dispenser

6.  Sleep N Play Outfits with Zippers - Zippered Sleep N Play or Carters Easy Entry Sleep N Play

• Sleep'n'Plays - with ZIPPERS (Zippered Sleep N Play) are where it's at for easy clothing changes.  (I'm sorry, but buttoned outfits are just a pain in the...).  I like zippers...much faster and easier to change your baby in the middle of the night.  

7.  SwaddleMe Blankets - SwaddleMe Blankets

8.  Halo Sleep Sack - HALO SleepSack

9.  Vaseline, for Baby - Vaseline 100% Pure Petroleum Jelly, Baby 

• For baby's dry skin during the winter.

10.  Cute Teddy Bear with Cute Teddy Hat

• I found this teddy bear in the toy section at Walmart for $5.
