For Grandma's birthday (Grandma lives across the country), we utilized our Toddler's new-found love for stickers and made Grandma a birthday sign. It was free to make! Just gathered a bunch of random pieces of scrap paper and then made it into an alphabet learning game for my daughter. It was fun! Sent the final photos to her grandma for grandma's birthday. :) She loved it.
